Gebze Mayor Zinnur Büyükgöz, who has accelerated the zoning practices regarding the resolution of property issues in neighborhoods, especially in rural areas, since the day she took office, delivers the title deeds to the rightful owners at the title deed delivery ceremonies.

IT WAS DELIVERED WITH A SYMBOLIC CEREMONY

At the ceremony held at Kardelen Wedding Hall, Gebze Mayor Zinnur Büyükgöz, the owner of the house, delivered the title deeds to the rightful owners in Pelitli and Cumaköy Neighborhoods, as well as Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Leader Hasan Soba, AK Party Gebze District Leader Recep Kaya, AK Party District Women's Branch President. Habibe Çırak, municipal council members, deputy mayors and families of eligible citizens attended.

DEED DEEDS TO THOUSAND HUNDRED RIGHT HOLDERS

Gebze Mayor Zinnur Büyükgöz, who made a short greeting speech at the ceremony where the title deeds were delivered to 1100 rightful owners, said, “Today, we met here to give the title deeds to the rightful owners. Our land registry and cadastre managers are truly the unseen heroes of this business. There is a silent revolution in Gebze. However, many of our people are still unaware of what it means. This city has completed 65 million square meters of development in the last hundred years. However, in the last 5 years, we completed the zoning application of an area of ​​59 million 500 thousand square meters and distributed title deeds to 35 thousand people.

A NEW GEBZE WILL BE BORN

Normally, around a thousand people will have received their title deeds today. However, we will symbolically deliver the title deeds to our citizens here.
