Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Women's Studies Branch Directorate, which carries out awareness activities for men on gender equality, organizes an Egalitarian Father's Day event in cooperation with the Mother Child Education Foundation (AÇEV) on the occasion of June 16, Father's Day. In the event to be held on Wednesday, June 12, in Gündoğdu Square, traditional children's games, sports activities and workshops will be held between 18.00-20.00. There will be a DJ performance at 19.30 and the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Children's Song Orchestra will take the stage at 20.00. When the clock strikes 21.00, the Hocalar Band Father's Day Special Concert will bring the excitement to its peak. The Egalitarian Father's Day event, which will give fathers and their children an unforgettable day, will also give the message of equal life and fair division of labor.
