President Erdoğan had a brief conversation with US President Joe Biden before the session. French President Emmanuel Macron came to President Erdoğan before the session. The two leaders chatted for a while. President Erdoğan also had a brief conversation with Vatican President Pope Francis, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, Algerian President Abdülmecid Tebboune, Jordanian Ruler Abdullah II and EU Council President Charles Michel. On the other hand, President Erdoğan posed hand in hand with Brazilian President Lula da Silva and United Arab Emirates President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
President Erdoğan also had a brief conversation with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UAE President Nahyan. President Erdoğan also chatted with US President Biden, who was side by side at the top, during the session. President Erdoğan also had a brief conversation with OECD Secretary General Mathias Cormann and UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.

President Erdoğan participated in a family photo shoot following the G-7 High-Level Session on Africa and the Mediterranean-Artificial Intelligence and Power. During the photo shoot, President of the Vatican Pope Francis was on President Erdoğan's right, and President of Mauritania Muhammed Veled Ghazvani was on his left. President Erdoğan chatted with President of the Vatican Franciscus and President of Mauritania Ghazvani for a while during the family photo shoot.
