Inspections were carried out to ensure the safety of the TCDD train, which carries passengers between Edirne Kapıkule and Kırklareli Pehlivanköy, at level crossings and to prevent possible accidents.
In the inspections carried out at both supervised and uncontrolled level crossings, deficiencies and risky elements were identified. These findings were shared with the relevant institution officials and necessary precautions were taken.
Edirne Provincial Gendarmerie Command Traffic Gendarmerie teams emphasized the importance of driving carefully and in accordance with the rules at level crossings and warned the drivers.
