Minister Bak Met with WADA President in Poland

Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak met with World Anti-Doping Agency President Witold Bańka in Poland.

Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak had a meeting with World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) President Witold Bańka in Warsaw, the capital of Poland.

At the meeting, Sports Services General Manager Assoc. Dr. Veli Ozan Çakır also took part.

Minister Bak stated that Turkey attaches great importance to the fight against doping in line with the principle of 'Zero tolerance' and informed WADA President Witold Bańka about the National Anti-Doping Law.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on many issues, especially the upcoming 2024 European Football Championship (EURO 2024), the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the work carried out in the field of sports in Turkey.
