Arteche Turkey, along with other factories of the cluster, has safe working conditions for all its employees and all beautification actions are meticulously taken into account and we are working to undertake the necessary investments for the safety and well-being of our employees.
We opened our new facility in Dilovası in June 2023, and from day one we have worked hard to provide the most adequate working conditions in accordance with international comfort and safety standards.
On June 10, our management unfortunately had to take disciplinary action in response to behavior that violated our standards and disrupted the safety, working environment and labor peace of more than 400 employees in our factory.
We understand that these decisions are difficult and may cause discomfort. However, we would like to emphasize that our priority is to provide a safe and respectful working environment for all our employees.
We would like to underline over and over again that the measures taken in this direction are an inevitable necessity to ensure that all our employees can fulfill their missions without harassment, threats or pressure to participate in unlawful actions.
