Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Pınar Okyay visited the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Social Life Campus Zübeyde Hanım Nursing Home Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Center in Buca and congratulated the nursing home residents and staff.
In her speech, Pınar Okyay stated that Izmir is one of the places with the highest elderly population in Turkey and said, “We are here with our elderly elders. When we are with them, we understand once again how important and valuable the service provided by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality is. It's great to be here together. “I am very happy,” he said.
Şükriye Çeliker, who stayed at the Social Life Campus, expressed her feelings as follows: “This is a very good place. They take care of everything about us. It has a doctor, a nurse and all kinds of facilities. "Our rooms are cleaned, our laundry is washed, what more could one want in old age?" he said.
