'HobiFest 2024', where Antalya Metropolitan Municipality brought together hobby enthusiasts, gave Antalya residents a full weekend. 'HobiFest 70', attended by 2024 hobby clubs, ended with colorful images and a magnificent concert.
Turkey's first and only hobby festival 'HobiFest 2024', organized by Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, was held with great enthusiasm in the Glass Pyramid area.
IT ADDED COLOR TO THE WEEKEND
The festival, which brings together thousands of hobby and adventure enthusiasts every year, hosted colorful events for 2 days. From nature sports clubs to off-road clubs, which are the favorites of adventure enthusiasts, from search and rescue teams to classic automobile clubs, participants introduced their activities through events and provided citizens with different experiences. Antalya residents of all ages, who took advantage of Sunday, had a pleasant weekend with the colorful and exciting events of the festival.
EXCITING COMPETITIONS WERE HELD
Racing drones were shown at the festival, where many events were organized for motorcycles, cycling, mountaineering, water sports, tennis, nature and adventure sports. While cycling competitions such as going slow and balancing and archery competitions were held, the Enduro Motor Sports Club gave cross-country motor driving training to children. The Gendarmerie Search and Rescue dogs show was watched with admiration. The gendarmerie dogs, which successfully carried out the commands given to them, became the center of attention of those who visited the festival.
PLAQUE TO PARTICIPANTS
Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Mustafa Gürbüz also visited the festival area. Mustafa Gürbüz, who visited hobby clubs one by one and received information about their activities, presented plaques to the hobby clubs for their participation.
CLOSING WITH CONCERT
HobiFest hosted dance shows and concerts on the last day of 2024. At the closing of the festival, İsmail Baha Sürelsan Conservatory Young Stage Concert, Dance Of Life Folk Dance show and VoSahne and Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Band and City Orchestra gave a concert. The people of Antalya, who filled the stage set up in the Glass Pyramid area, had a great time singing along to the songs performed by VoSahne.
