33 Migrants and One Organizer Caught in Edirne

Edirne Provincial Gendarmerie Command, within the scope of its work against immigrant smuggling, caught a total of 23 immigrant fugitives and 1 organizer in the last week and handed them over to the authorities.

10 IMMIGRANT TRAFFICKERS CAUGHT IN UZUNKÖPRÜ

Edirne Provincial Gendarmerie Command Uzunköprü teams caught 10 immigrant fugitives of different origins who were trying to go abroad illegally within the Eskiköy district. The captured immigrants were handed over to Edirne Provincial Immigration Administration to be returned to their country.

13 MIGRANT TRAFFICKERS AND 1 ORGANIZER WERE CAUGHT IN HAVSA

Havsa District Gendarmerie Command groups also caught 13 immigrant fugitives of different origins and 1 organizer who were trying to escape abroad in the Köseömer village area. One vehicle used in immigrant smuggling was also seized. A judicial process has been initiated against the captured immigrants and the organizer.
