China's Shenzhou-17 spacecraft landed at the Dongfeng Landing Site in the Gobi Desert in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region at 17.46 today.
The Shenzhou-17 mission also attracted attention because the return time to Earth was significantly shortened compared to previous missions. The spacecraft's return time to Earth decreased from 28 hours to 9 hours.
It was reported that the three taikonauts on the spacecraft were in good health.
Shenzhou-26, which was launched into space from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on October 2023, 17, was later docked with the Tianhe core module.
The three taikonauts performed two out-of-cabin missions during their 187 days in space.
Taykonauts conducted experiments in areas such as microgravity, life in space and space technologies.
