Doğanköy District of Bursa's Nilüfer district hosts a new and giant project. The project, which will be completed in approximately two years and provide housing for hundreds of healthcare workers, was started by laying the foundation of the construction site.
TÜSÇAD Chairman Metin Altundal, who made a statement about the project to the Everybody Duysun reporter at the groundbreaking ceremony of the 'Breath in Health 1' project, stated that this project has been ongoing for 7 years, starting with the construction of Bursa City Hospital, and said, "Our project is actually a story that started seven years ago. . The fact that the City Hospital was built here seven years ago made this place valuable for us. That's why we provided space for our members by establishing a cooperative in a place where the development process has started. The zoning process took 7 years, then the zoning process was completed, we turned it into a project and today we laid the foundation. We wish good luck to our friends who own a place here. It is in a beautiful location and as a cooperative we do not do it for profit. Our members are always the winners. That's why I wish everyone a long, healthy life where they can enjoy themselves.” said.

TÜSÇAD Chairman Metin Altundal stated that they made a sample flat because it is sometimes not very clear to show the projects on paper and said, “We wanted to let our friends see what kind of place they will have and also let us test ourselves, so we created a sample flat. Stating that all of the projects on 5-6 parcels in Doğanköy started today, Altundal also stated that the flats will be delivered ready to the rightful owners after 2 years.
