Arif Keskiner, the producer of many films that left their mark on the history of Turkish cinema, passed away at the age of 86. Keskiner was the producer of important productions such as "King of the Doormen" and "Selvi Boylum Al Yazılım". Almula Merter announced the news of Arif Keskiner's death.

Screenwriter and producer Arif Keskiner told the story of Çiçek Bar, which he founded, and his decades-long memories lived there to Odatv in 2019.

WHO IS ARIF KESKİNER
Keskiner was born in 1938 in Osmaniye district of Adana. He studied primary and secondary school in Osmaniye. He graduated from Istanbul Sultanahmet Commerce High School and then Istanbul Higher School of Economics and Commerce. After his military service, he worked with his friend Yılmaz Güney and served as the manager of Ağaoğlu Publishing House for four years.
Later, he worked as a bookseller, sports writer, reporter and dishwasher in Sweden. After returning to Turkey, he produced, wrote and directed nearly fifty photo novels.
He started filmmaking in the same period. He produced films such as "Otobüs", "King of the Doormen", "Selvi Boylum Al Yazılım", "Mine", "The Man Who Turns the Corner" and "Piano Piano Bacaksız". He participated in the script writing of the films "Yıldırım Öldürseler" and "Piano Piano Bacaksız".
He made the first three-episode series on TRT, based on Halit Çapın's life story "Bay Alcohol Presentation". Then he made the five-episode TV series "Bizi Güldürenler".
