Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlikaya reported that 44 suspicious persons were caught in Narkogüç operations carried out simultaneously in 176 provinces against poison traffickers.
Minister Yerlikaya, in order to catch drug dealers and individuals wanted for drug crimes throughout the country, under the coordination of the General Directorate of Security, Anti-Narcotic Crimes Department and the Provincial Police Departments; Stating that simultaneous Narkogüç operations were carried out with the participation of 44 teams, 387 police officers, 985 aircraft and 2 narcotic detection dogs in 27 provinces, he said:
I want our nation to know that; We will continue to fight with determination against drug traffickers, terrorist organizations, immigrant smugglers and organized crime groups that try to poison our future!

Istanbul, Izmir, Adana, Erzurum, Şanlıurfa, Denizli, Antalya, Gaziantep, Ankara, Giresun, Sakarya, Konya, Kütahya, Kırşehir, Afyon, Samsun, Batman, Osmaniye, Karaman, Bolu, Kırklareli, Bursa, Malatya, Tokat, Ağrı, including Van, Şırnak, Eskişehir, Elazığ, Muğla, Yalova, Bitlis, Kahramanmaraş, Siirt, Tekirdağ, Kilis, Hatay, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Sinop, Diyarbakır, Hakkari, Mersin and Düzce. 44 in our province;
NARCO POWER operations CARRIED OUT SIMULTANEOUSLY with the participation of 387 teams, 985 police officers, 2 aircraft and 27 narcotic detection dogs edited. In searches made at the suspects' addresses;
- 846 kg of methamphetamine,
- 223 kg skunk,
- 11 kg of cocaine,
- 15 kg of marijuana,
- 5 kg bonsai,
- 0,5 kg of heroin,
- 35.000 narcotic pills,
- 14 Pistols,
- 4 Rifles and
- A large amount of money was seized.
The amount of methamphetamine seized in Istanbul during these operations was 809 kilograms. I congratulate each and every one of our heroic police officers who carried out the operations. May God not let stones touch your feet.
