The General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre is accelerating its digitalization efforts in order to accelerate and facilitate land registry transactions. In this context, the number of daily transactions of the WebTapu application reached 2023 thousand in 200. In addition, title deed sales transactions can be made through notary offices as of July 1, 2023.
Türkiye Land Registry Application
The General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre plans to launch the "Turkey Land Registry" application, which aims to solve title deed transactions regardless of person and place, by the end of 2024. With the implementation of the application, title deed transactions will be carried out much faster with the online transactions of the staff.
