The tender for renting the Yeşilova District Salda Ski Center Cafeteria Building, the ownership of which was given to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey and the right of use to the Burdur Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, for a period of 2886 (one) year, was prepared based on the State Tender Law No. 3289 and the Law No. 13, dated 12/2009/ It will be held by open bidding on Monday, 27431/04/12 at 2023:10, within the framework of the provisions of the Regulation on the Management of Immovable Properties Belonging to the General Directorate of Youth and Sports published in the Official Gazette No. 30 dated XNUMX.
The estimated cost of the work is 40.000,00 TL, excluding VAT, and the tender will be held on Monday, 04/12/2023 at 10:30 at the Burdur Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate KYK Administrative building (Armağan İlci Mah. Şehit Rıza Çelik Cad. No:4/1 Merkez /BURDUR) will be held in the presence of the tender commission.

Real persons who will participate in the tender by proxy on behalf of the bidder must bring a notarized power of attorney and the documents specified in paragraphs (a), (b), (c).
