Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fatma Şahin announced that they decided to reduce water by 10 percent in the assembly convened for the GASKİ General Assembly.
The First Meeting of the Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Council's November Term Meeting was held in the Assembly Meeting Hall. A total of 49 articles were discussed in the council, which convened under the chairmanship of Metropolitan Mayor Fatma Şahin.
A TOTAL 37 PERCENT DISCOUNT WAS MADE
After the agenda meeting of the Assembly, the First Assembly of the 2nd Ordinary Meeting of GASKİ General Assembly was held. The main topic of the meeting was the discount on drinking water. In this context, it was announced that there will be another 27 percent discount on water, where a 10 percent discount was previously made.
YOUTH CENTER WILL BE BUILT IN DÜZTEPE
In the assembly, the youth center planned to be built in Düztepe in partnership with the Metropolitan Municipality and the 6 February Solidarity Association was decided by the votes of the council members. The youth center, which is aimed to be operational in February 2024, will provide students with study and training opportunities in many different branches.
In her statement regarding the relevant article, President Fatma Şahin stated that many volunteers from abroad who provided financial support for the construction of the youth center were also partners and said, "When this process was initiated, the 6 February Solidarity Association made a request from us regarding the name of the youth center. "In this regard, we decided to name the center as 6 February," he said.
