Within the scope of the activities to be held by the General Directorate of Private Educational Institutions of the Ministry of National Education on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the republic, the Young People's Poetry Contest for 100 Years will be organized for high school students studying in private education institutions throughout Turkey. Applications for the competition can be made until November 9.
The Ministry of National Education will organize a poetry competition on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the republic for high school students studying in private schools affiliated with the General Directorate of Private Educational Institutions of the Ministry of National Education, in order to transfer national, spiritual and cultural values to future generations, to keep alive the deep-rooted memory of the national struggle, and to encourage poetry among high school youth.
Youth Poetry Competition Looking to 100 Years; It consists of three stages in which the school, district and provincial winners will be determined.

"Certificate of Participation" for the provincial winners participating in the competition will be issued by the Ministry of Education, General Directorate of Private Educational Institutions. Prizes will be given by private schools to the participants who are ranked according to their schools in the competition.
Additionally, the winning participants will be given awards by the provincial/district national education directorates.
Five students among those selected as the provincial winners will be invited to the Ministry, a representative award program will be organized and a trip to Ankara will be organized for these students.
The works of the provincial winners will be featured on the official website of the Ministry of National Education General Directorate of Private Educational Institutions, and the works deemed appropriate by the commission will be published as poetry books.
