
BUSMEK, Bursa's most important brand in the field of art and vocational education, brings together those who want to improve their culinary skills and discover new tastes with cooking and pastry workshops. Registration has started for the workshops to be held between 30 October and 5 November at the Yeni Karaman Course Center with its renewed kitchen.
Metropolitan Municipality Art and Vocational Education Courses (BUSMEK), which has turned into a public university with its services in Bursa, continues to embrace all segments of society with its philosophy of lifelong learning, starting from kindergarten. BUSMEK, which Bursa Metropolitan Municipality started its educational journey with free art and vocational training courses in 2006 course centers in 5, has today turned into a giant institution where approximately 13 thousand trainees receive training annually in 25 different branches in 541 different venues in 18 districts. BUSMEK, which opens new horizons for the citizens with the workshops organized in addition to the planned trainings, has completely renovated the kitchen of the Yeni Karaman Course Center, where training is provided in the branches of food and pastry, which attract great attention. In order to ensure that training activities in the more professional kitchen reach more people, workshops are also organized in addition to routine training activities.
Participants will learn pizza making, Gaziantep cuisine, fresh pasta making, Bursa cuisine, sushi making, olive oil dishes and appetizers. He will learn about street delicacies by making them.
In the pastry section of the workshops, training will be given on wet cake making, milk desserts, French desserts, chocolate boutique, popular cookies, mother and child waffle-pancake making (10-15 years old) and cupcake-muffins (10-15 years old).
