Corsa, Opel's best-selling B-segment model in Turkey and many other countries, is getting ready to hit our country's roads in October with its renewed face, both internal combustion engine options and its electric version.
The model, which is the leader in imported vehicles in the B-HB segment in the first 2023 months of 8 in Turkey, adapts Opel's characteristic front and rear facade to the new era with its renewed Opel Visor brand face and rear design. The appearance, which is enriched with its fully digital cockpit in the interior, is based on Qualcomm Technologies' Snapdragon Cockpit Platform and has a large color touch screen up to 10 inches.
Corsa, the B hatchback model that Opel has produced continuously since 1982, is preparing to meet the Turkish market as of October with its new design and equipment features. With a bolder, more exciting and more intuitive design, the new Opel Corsa combines the characteristic Opel Visor and Opel's redesigned "Lightning" logo on its renewed front fascia in a single element. The Black Visor covers the front of the Corsa, covering the vehicle grille and LED headlights. The new “Lightning” logo is located in the middle of the trunk lid in the rear design. The "Graphic Grey" body color, offered for the first time with the new Corsa, helps the new model shine magnificently.
The interior of the new Opel Corsa includes many new features. Thanks to the new seats, steering wheel, E-toggle and perhaps most notably the new infotainment system, it creates a better-feeling and more modern atmosphere in the interior for both the driver and passengers.
As a platform developed to meet the needs of passengers, Qualcomm Technologies' integrated Snapdragon Cockpit Platform features advanced graphics, multimedia systems and artificial intelligence (AI) features with a more integrated cockpit experience. As in the current Astra generation, the “Maximum Detox” principle also manifests itself in the new Corsa. The images on the 10-inch color touch screen of the navigation and multimedia system and the driver information display are now even clearer. For the first time, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatible smartphones can be connected wirelessly to the vehicle's infotainment system.
Corsa Electric, the fully electric version of the new Opel Corsa, will also be available in October. The new Opel Corsa Electric, which can reach a range of up to 100 km according to WLTP with 136 kW / 354 HP, not only offers a high level of efficiency with its instantaneous 260 Nm torque, but also provides its driver with superior driving pleasure at all times. The new Corsa Electric is charged from 20 percent to 80 percent in just 25 minutes with its fast charger, and in this respect, it provides ease of use to its users. Thus, the brand's move to switch to electric continues steadily. In addition to the electric model, versions of the new Opel Corsa with internal combustion engines are planned to hit our country's roads simultaneously.
