As in previous years, the Ministry of National Education sent free textbooks to students in line with the request of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The free textbooks sent to students studying in schools in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus at the beginning of the 2023-2024 academic year have reached their owners.
A total of 76 types of books were sent to students in TRNC: 106 for primary and secondary schools, 234 for high school, 97 for vocational education, and 513 for private education.
The number of books reaching TRNC was 562 thousand 632.
