The General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly will start its work tomorrow with a busy agenda after a 2,5-month break. At 14.00, President Erdoğan will address the General Assembly and give important messages. CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu will watch the General Assembly from the lodge since he is not a member of parliament again.
The General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, which took a break from legislative activities on July 15, will start its 25th Term, 8nd Legislative Year on Sunday, October 28, after extraordinary meetings on July 2 and August 1. President Erdoğan will also address the General Assembly. Since CHP leader Kılıçdaroğlu is not a member of parliament again, he will follow the General Assembly from the lodge. While the Speaker of the Parliament, Numan Kurtulmuş, will preside over the Parliament, there will be a reception afterwards.
The final preparations for the start of the legislative year were made by the relevant units of the Turkish Grand National Assembly. Periodic maintenance and functionality tests of the electronic voting-polling and voice-over system were carried out in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey General Assembly hall and all systems were made ready for opening. Preparations were made to hang the Turkish flag, institution promotional flag, Ataturk poster and place direction signs at various points of the Parliament, especially in the ceremony area and the Hall of Honor.
Maintenance and operability tests were completed on the IT infrastructure of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, and load tests and security checks were carried out in the system rooms and corporate web page. Periodic maintenance and repair works have been completed in all rooms and halls, especially the General Assembly hall, group meeting rooms, parliamentary rooms, commission meeting rooms, and press conference hall. Landscaping was carried out in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey campus and service buildings, and detailed cleaning was carried out in the Hall of Honor and backstage corridors. Detailed cleaning works are also being carried out in the ceremony area where the opening ceremonies of the legislative year will be held and the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Atatürk Monument.
PRESIDENT ERDOĞAN WILL SPEAK
Talip Uzun, Secretary General of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, conveyed the opening program of the 28th Anniversary of the 2nd Legislative Year of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and said, “A ceremony will be held at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Ataturk Monument. Our esteemed President will come and address the General Assembly of the Parliament. Our Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly will govern the Assembly. There will be a reception afterwards. October 1st is in a festive atmosphere with these ceremonies and celebrations. This excitement reflects on all of us. THERE WILL BE 6 POLITICAL PARTIES
14 political parties are represented in the Turkish Grand National Assembly. There will be 28 political party groups in the Parliament in the 2th term, 6nd legislative year. CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu will watch the General Assembly from the lodge since he is not a member of parliament again.
THE AGENDA IS INTENSIVE IN THE ASSEMBLY
The eyes of millions of retirees are on the Parliament. The Ministry of Treasury and Finance and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security continue to work on pension regulation.

Omnibus OFFER IS IN THE ASSEMBLY
Many ministries have completed their work on the regulations they requested. The omnibus proposal containing the demands of the ministries will also come to the agenda of the Parliament.
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism will bring a new regulation to daily rental. A three-stage control system and additional security measures will be implemented.
FEEDLEKE FOR SEZGİN TANRIKULU
The bill for the removal of immunity of CHP Diyarbakır Deputy Sezgin Tanrıkulu is expected to be submitted to the Parliament.
The report prepared for Tanrıkulu for the crime of "inciting the public to hatred and hostility" was sent to the Presidency.
After the report reaches the Turkish Grand National Assembly, it will be discussed in the Constitutional Justice Joint Commission.
Action is also being taken for a civilian constitution. The constitutional preparation commission, which will be established within the AK Party in the Parliament, will start its work in the new legislative year.
Alternatives regarding the method to be applied, the path to be followed and the calendar in the new constitution studies will be discussed.
The commission's negotiations with the opposition are also on the agenda.
