TCDD filed a criminal complaint today for a commercial film containing LGBT propaganda, shot in Marmaray in 2019. The film was shot by a company called Norr Film, and permission was received saying "We will shoot a commercial for Facebook." However, the film involved two female characters kissing in a train car.
It was stated that T.A. made a request on behalf of the company for shooting in the wagon. of the movie HalkalıIt was learned that it was shot in an empty wagon waiting in a warehouse in , and curtains were hung around it and effects were used to give the impression that the train was moving. It is not yet known who brought the movie, which was shot 4 years ago, back to the agenda. However, it is estimated that the film was reshared to criticize TCDD's attitude towards LGBTI+ people.
TCDD filed a criminal complaint on the grounds that the film was complicit in obstructing the functioning of public institutions and making LGBT propaganda in society.
