Dilek Türkkan, one of the strong voices of Classical Turkish Music, with the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Orchestra, sang the songs of the Republic and distinguished works of Turkish music for the art lovers of Bursa.
Art lovers were enchanted by the songs of the Republic at the 61st International Bursa Festival. With the songs performed by the artist Dilek Türkkan accompanied by the Metropolitan Municipality Orchestra, the evening of the festival was the rehearsal of the upcoming 100th Anniversary of the Republic.
Within the scope of the 61st International Bursa Festival, organized this year by the Bursa Culture, Art and Tourism Foundation (BKSTV) on behalf of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, with the contributions of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and with the main sponsorship of ATIŞ Group of Companies, Kültürpark Open Air Theater, Republic songs and Turkish music's velvet vocalist Dilek He groaned with Türkkan's popular songs. The Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Orchestra Choir first appeared on the stage under the direction of Chief Nilüfer Göl at the concert, which was sponsored by Özhan Marketler Zinciri. Choir members and soloists, who sang the songs that Atatürk loved and the popular works of Turkish Classical Music and Turkish Folk Music, kept the enthusiasm of the 100th anniversary of the Republic alive. The concert, in which the Metropolitan Municipality Folk Dance teams accompanied the songs with Zeybek dances, received great applause from the audience.
Dilek Türkkan, one of the powerful voices of Classical Turkish Music, took the stage in the second part of the concert, where the audience accompanied unforgettable pieces. Starting his concert with one of Atatürk's favorite songs, Yanık Ömer, accompanied by the Metropolitan Municipality Orchestra, Türkkan expressed his happiness to be in Bursa. The artist, who thanked Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and Mayor Alinur Aktaş for this meaningful night, sang unforgettable pieces of Turkish music and Republic songs for Bursa fans throughout the concert. The sponsor of the event, Özhan Marketler Chain Board of Directors and BKSTV Deputy Chairman Elif Özhan, presented a plaque of appreciation to the artist Dilek Türkkan and the Metropolitan Municipality Orchestra Branch Manager Muhterem Çevik and Choir Conductor Nilüfer Göl for the magnificent concert.
