Providing qualified education support to more than 3 million children since the day it was founded, the Education Volunteers Foundation of Turkey (TEGV) has implemented the "Atma Donate Project" in 2017 in cooperation with the Information Industry Association (TÜBİSAD) to provide quality education to more than 5000 children. support provided. While contributing to the protection of nature by collecting e-waste with the project, it also supports the education of children.

The Education Volunteers Foundation of Turkey (TEGV), which provides qualified education support at activity points throughout Turkey with the slogan "One Child Changes, Turkey Develops", continues to support the education of children while contributing to the protection of nature with the "Donate Throwing Project". E-waste that is not used at home, at school or at work can be donated to TEGV within the scope of the 'Donate Forgiveness' Project, which TEGV implemented in 2017 in cooperation with the Informatics Industry Association (TÜBİSAD), which was appointed as an Authorized Organization by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. . By recycling electronic waste into education, TEGV both contributes to a livable world and makes its donors share in the dream of a society strengthened by education.

The waste is sent to the recycling facility free of charge

It is very easy to support the 'Donate Throwing Project', which is an important environmental activity for the protection of nature as well as contributing to the education of children. Donated e-waste is sent free of charge to the contracted recycling facility via the PTT with the code 902 513 042, and the income obtained ensures that children with fewer opportunities receive quality education support at TEGV. Within the scope of the project, 2023 kg of waste was collected in the first 4 months of 26.158, and with these donations, qualified education support was provided to 151 children. More than 80 institutions supported the Atma Donate Project. Since the project started in 2017, 456.045 kg of e-waste has been collected and more than 5000 children have been provided with qualified education support with the income obtained from this. From 2017 to 2023, more than 500 institutions in total supported the project by donating their electronic wastes to the Disposal Donate Project.
