A protocol was signed between Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) and Turkish Education Foundation (TEV) for the 'Okutan Ankara' project to be implemented.
ABB President Mansur Yavaş, ABB Deputy Secretary General Faruk Çınkı, ABB Women and Family Services Department Head Dr. Serkan Yorgancılar and TEV Chairman of the Board Prof. Dr. Mehmet Şükrü Tekbaş, TEV General Manager Banu Taşkın, TEV Ankara Branch President Yasemin Türkoğlu, TEV Field Coordination Manager Ufuk Kaygusuz, TEV Ankara Branch Manager Can Çavuşoğlu and Ankara City Council President and TEV Ankara Branch Executive Board Member Halil İbrahim Yılmaz.
Within the scope of the project implemented with the signed protocol; Scholarships will be given to successful but not well-off students who reside in Ankara and study at university. Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, on the other hand, will act as a bridge between volunteers who want to give scholarships and university students through the website to be established.
