CSO Ada Ankara will celebrate the 345th anniversary of the birth of “Italy's Baroque Legend” Antonio Vivaldi with a special concert by Kölner Akademie, one of Germany's most popular chamber music ensembles.
The world-renowned ensemble will be in the presence of music lovers on June 16 with Vivaldi's works that take them into the fascinating universe of baroque music.
Kölner Akademie, who skillfully sang the romantic period composers as well as the magnificent baroque interpretations in the concerts they gave with the old period instruments, will perform the concertos of Antonio Vivaldi, one of the most loved and admired composers in the history of western music, in its first concert in Ankara. On the 345th anniversary of his birth, the attractive works written by the famous Venetian composer for oboe, violin, flute, mandolin, strings and wind-string instruments promise music lovers an unmissable musical feast.
