The 10nd Ballıkayalar Climbing Festival will take place on June 11-2 in Ballıkayalar Nature Park, which has become a frequent destination for nature athletes and photographers by preserving its natural structure and beauties with the efforts of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality. Local and foreign climbers will come together at the Ballıkayalar Climbing Festival, Turkey's longest running rock climbing organization.
AN IMPORTANT REGION FOR NATURE SPORTS
“Ballıkayalar Climbing Festival” organized by the Youth and Sports Services Department will take place in Gebze Ballıkayalar Nature Park in Tavşanlı Village of Gebze. Ballıkayalar Nature Park, which provides activities such as trekking, canyoning, rock climbing and camping; It is located in an important region for mountaineering, camping, trekking, rock climbing and canyon sports.
NATURE LOVERS WILL MEET
In the 2nd Ballıkayalar Climbing Festival, which will be held with the support and participation of mountaineering clubs operating in Kocaeli, citizens over the age of 15 will gain climbing experience with expert trainers. The festival will bring together professional climbers, amateurs and nature lovers in 4 categories as Women - Men and Master Women - Master Men. After the qualifying and semi-final competitions to be held on the first day of the festival and the final races on the second day, the winners will be awarded 2 TL, the second 10.000 TL, and the third 7.500 TL.
