Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. As promised, Memduh Büyükkılıç announced that test drives have started on the Tram Line between the 5th Stage of the Rail System Talas Mevlana-Cumhuriyet Meydani.

TEST DRIVES STARTED

Announcing that the new tram line, which will go from Talas Mevlana to Cumhuriyet Square after the tram line, which was put into service in the past months and stretches from İldem to Mobilyakent, started test drives in May, as promised, Büyükkılıç said:

“Our line, which we put into service in the past months, comes from İldem and returns from Belsin Anafartalar line. That project provides services that pass in front of our terminal, our City Hospital, and our Nuh Naci Yazgan University and extend to Mobilyakent. In the region where Erciyes University and Kayseri University are located, where our students are concentrated, test drives of our tram line started in early May for our developing district, Talas, which is trying to reach a population of close to 200 thousand. After that, it will continue its transportation services. We will provide comfort in transportation with an understanding that serves our Mevlana neighborhood with a population of 85 thousand and universities.
