In Büyükada and Heybeliada, transportation is entrusted to Yaprak and Hilal superiors. They are now responsible for the management and administration of 30 electric public transportation vehicles operating in the Islands.
The first female field supervisor in the history of IETT started to work in Sancaktepe in January. That was not enough. 2 female field supervisors started to work in Büyükada and Heybeliada. IETT, which has recruited 1 drivers from subcontractors to its staff with the assurance of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in the last 1.841 year, has increased the number of female drivers working in the institution to 115.
FROM ELECTRIC VEHICLE DRIVING TO ADMINISTRATION
Yaprak Dağ, who is the Field Supervisor of IETT in Büyükada, is a graduate of Anadolu University, Department of Justice. He joined the IETT family in 2020. He worked as an electric vehicle driver in the Islands for about 3 years. Hilal Gemicioğlu, who is IETT Field Supervisor in Heybeliada, is a graduate of Istanbul Aydın University, Department of Food Technology. She joined the IETT family in 2021. He also served as an electric vehicle driver in the Islands.
THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 30 VEHICLES AND DRIVER
Both female field supervisors will be responsible for the preparation, maintenance and repairs of 30 vehicles every day in the Islands region and the coordination of 30 drivers.
