To be employed in the provincial organization of our Ministry within the scope of paragraph (B) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 and to be employed in accordance with the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 06/06/1978 and numbered 7/15754, A total of 165 contracted personnel will be recruited for the vacant positions whose division, type, location and number of points are specified.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The qualifications sought in the applicants, the general conditions in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48 and the special conditions specified for the announced vacant position are sought:
1. Being a Turkish citizen,
2. To have completed the age of 18 as of the application deadline,

FORM AND EVALUATION OF THE ORAL EXAM:
Candidates who are entitled to take the oral exam;

In their subjects; Candidates will be evaluated by the examination commission over fifty points for item (a) and ten points for each of the features written in other clauses. The score obtained by the candidates in the oral exam will constitute the entrance exam success grade.
In order to be considered successful in the oral exam, the arithmetic average of the scores given by the chairman and members of the commission out of one hundred full points must be at least seventy.
Among the candidates whose oral exam success grade is equal, priority is given to the candidate with a high KPSS score determined by the position title. Having a score of seventy or more in the oral exam does not constitute a vested right for candidates who cannot enter the main and alternate rankings.
