The lawsuit filed by the residents of Kırkpınar Hasanpaşa neighborhood, who opposed the cable car project, was resolved in the Bursa Regional Administrative Court Second Administrative Case Department. The court annulled the dismissal of the case by the Sakarya 1st Administrative Court, and the Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Council approved the 12.02.2018st Land Development Plan dated 2 and numbered 75/1, with the 25.000/1 and 5000/1 scaled Master Plan Amendment and the Sapanca Municipality Council decision. Kazan ”Nature will have to be restored”
Zafer Kazan, the lawyer of the case, said, "After this decision of the court of appeal, not even a nail can be hammered in the neighborhood in question, all proceedings must be stopped as they are." Stating that they will file a criminal complaint against those concerned if the construction works continue despite the decision, Kazan said, "If the Council of State approves this decision, all the structures will have to be dismantled and the destroyed nature will have to be made negative."
