In addition to Gündoğdu, Transportationpark General Manager Serhan Çatal, Türk-İş Regional President Adnan Uyar, Demiryol-İş Union Adapazarı Branch President Cemal Yaman, Local-Sen Deputy Secretary General İbrahim Halil Çelik and union representatives attended the signing ceremony. With the collective agreement concerning 1400 workers in TransportationPark, daily wages were increased by 63 percent and social rights were also improved. The duration of the contract was increased from 2 years to XNUMX years.

In his speech, Türk-İş Marmara Regional Representative Adnan Uyar said, “With the effort and excitement of our friends, our contract has expired. We have all seen the epic written by Kocaeli in the earthquake region called the disaster of the century. In such a place, we had to end this collective agreement in the best way possible. We signed a very valuable agreement for the rights of our friends.

Demiryol-İş Union Adapazarı Branch President Cemal Yaman stated that they signed the contract within 3 months. Stating that the collective bargaining process was carried out in a difficult process, Yaman said, “I apologize if there were minor tensions at the table during the negotiations.
