0850 207 1980, which provides service in all distribution centers, started its operations under the name of Hep Support Hotline to help customers with their questions more quickly and effectively. The Hep Support Line, implemented by Martaş Automotive, provides service between 09.00 - 21.00 on weekdays and between 09.00 - 17.00 on Saturdays. Thus, Martaş Automotive provides uninterrupted service to thousands of customers across the country through the “Always Support Line”. Erdem Çarıkcı, General Manager of Martaş Automotive, who said that all the data coming from their customers are collected in the Always Support Line database, said, “This allows us to create more accurate analyzes and reports. The Always Support Line guides us in producing customized solutions for our customers.”
