Within the scope of the protocol signed by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality with Malatya Chamber of Commerce and Industry; The products left in the hands of the apricot producers damaged by the earthquake will be purchased and will contribute to their commercial activities. ABB President Mansur Yavaş said, “We want to support them even a little bit.”

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues to support the cities and citizens damaged in the great earthquake.

In this context; Signing a cooperation protocol with Malatya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Malatya TSO), ABB will support the apricot producers damaged by the earthquake by purchasing their remaining products in order to contribute to their commercial activities.

MALATYA DAYS WILL BE ORGANIZED IN ANKARA

ABB President Mansur Yavaş, together with CHP Chairman and Nation Alliance 13th Presidential Candidate Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, met with industrialists and business people in Malatya and listened to their demands.

Announcing that a cooperation protocol was signed with Malatya CCI, in a press release with Kılıçdaroğlu and Malatya CCI President Oğuzhan Ata Sadıkoğlu, Yavaş said:

“At the meeting, they talked about the fact that many of the earthquake victims cannot market the apricots they produce, and that the big traders market them somehow, but especially the producer tradesmen cannot. We, as Ankara Metropolitan Municipality and other metropolitan municipalities, as well as 11 metropolitan and district municipalities, will help to buy apricots according to their own budget, but also to transport them to the most central places of Ankara. We will show the areas where the earthquake victims who cannot market the goods of the small producers there will sell their goods. We also have a large ANFA Fair Hall. By organizing Malatya Days there, we want to support them, even a little, by selling these apricots there, as long as we can, including the month of Ramadan. Therefore, we are preparing a protocol with my president. As ABB, our president will also help with the transportation, and we want to contribute a little while we are here.”

COMMERCIAL LIFE WILL BE DEVELOPED IN MALATYA

ABB will share its knowledge and experience with Malatya TSO, with the protocol signed in order to contribute to the development of the investment environment and commercial life in Malatya, which is one of the cities affected by the earthquake.

With the signed cooperation protocol, Malatya Tradesmen will be supported to contribute to the sale of their local products at the Malatya Promotion Days to be held in the Capital, while the companies engaged in apricot production and trade will be allocated by ABB to support the sale of these products.
