The Customer Satisfaction Survey, which is organized annually by the international metro companies comparison organization COMET, measures the satisfaction levels in the cities where the world's metros serve.

COMET measures the performance of its member metro companies with the data it collects directly from the metros throughout the year. The customer satisfaction level of the subways is scored by asking each subway operator's own passenger. Istanbul's subways are also evaluated by Istanbulites. In this research, where we have achieved the highest satisfaction score with your votes in the last two years, we aim to maintain our position by increasing our score with your votes this year.

We increase the quality of the service we offer you with the data we obtained from the results of this survey, which was carried out simultaneously in Istanbul and in the leading cities of the world.

The survey is completed in 3-5 minutes on average. Questionnaires filled in less than 90 seconds are considered invalid for system security. The information and answers you provide while completing the survey will remain confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.
