Keçiören Municipality Career Office opened a booth at the Career Days organized by Ostim Technical University. Municipal officials gave information about job finding and career planning to the visitors. The support of Keçiören Municipality to this organization on the scale of local administrations was welcomed by both the university administration and the visitors.
Keçiören Mayor Turgut Altınok, who said that being a Career Office at Ostim Technical University Career Days, attended by many important figures from the education and business world, is very important in terms of relations to be developed at the point of employment, said, “We were happy to take part in such a beautiful organization organized by our universities. It was an eye-opening organization for our youth, who are the future of our state and nation, to find a job and career planning after graduation. With our Career Office, we provide convenience to both our employers and our citizens who are looking for a job. The promotion of our Career Office at the university level and the establishment of various collaborations here have provided gains in line with our plans to expand our employment targets. While Career Office officials met with employers at the Career Days, they also received job and internship applications from graduates.
