The “Together” exhibition, which brings together art students from Şırnak and İzmir, by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality is meeting with the citizens of İzmir. The exhibition, which will open on February 6 at Konak Metro Art Gallery, can be visited until March 3.
İzmir Metropolitan Municipality brought together 20 students living in Şırnak and İzmir with the Art of One's Own Room (KABO) in order to provide mutual learning and transfer of experience for art students. With the “Together” project, the students of the Faculty of Fine Arts, living in two cities 600 kilometers away, signed an exhibition. The exhibition, which will be organized with the cooperation of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, European Union Think Civil Program and BAYETAV (We Live Together Education and Social Research Foundation), can be visited at Konak Metro Art Gallery between February 6 and March 3.
Curated by Gülay Vardar and designed by Cenkhan Aksoy, the exhibition “Together” reflects the dynamism of producing together with various individual and social backgrounds.
