Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality has set up an information desk in front of the Mutlu Cafe in the Fairy Tale Park for those who do not have the opportunity to inquire about the damages in their homes through the e-Government system.
After the earthquake, the table started to serve for citizens who do not have internet access, especially the elderly, who could not reach the results of the damage assessment studies uploaded to the e-Government system by the teams of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality.
At the table where citizens can apply with their e-government information, citizens who do not know or do not know their information will also be able to look at the damage assessment results with their invoices. In line with the demands, it is planned to set up information desks at different points.
