“The validity periods of the inspections of vehicles belonging to our citizens living in provinces where a state of emergency has been declared and vehicles certified to have been located in these provinces after 6 February have been extended. As of February 6, the vehicle inspection procedures of those who have expired until the end of the state of emergency will be considered valid until one month after the end of the state of emergency. Until 30 days after the end of the state of emergency, our citizens will be able to have their vehicles inspected wherever they want. During this period, the traffic fines issued on the grounds of not having an inspection will also be cancelled.
