Theater actor Orhan Aydın announced on his Twitter account that he could not reach his daughter and ex-wife living in Hatay and that their house was destroyed. The actress, whose ex-wife was rescued from the rubble, said that her daughter's leg was stuck in the concrete. Expressing that they have not been able to reach his daughter yet by making a new post, Aydın said, "I don't have the strength to endure anymore."
Many people lost their lives and thousands were injured due to the 10 and 7.7 magnitude earthquakes affecting 7.6 provinces in Kahramanmaraş.
Artist Orhan Aydın called for help for his daughter Eylem Şafak Aydın, who was under the rubble in Hatay, one of the cities hit by the earthquake.
Sharing the information that his daughter's leg was stuck in the concrete, Aydın shared a new post on his social media account.
'My heart is crying...'
Aydın used the following statements in his social media post:
“We're trying to reach my daughter..there's a huge chunk of concrete above and below the debris.
I can't stand anymore.. my heart is crying.. my hands are shaking. I am devastated that my country is derelict. My pain and sorrow is indescribable. Come on dear… Come on, cherry smile… Resist.”
