Waiting Continues for Handball National Team Captain Cemal Kütahya and His Family

A National Men's Handball Team and Beach Handball National Team Captain Cemal Kütahya and his family have not been reached yet.

According to the statement made by the Turkish Handball Federation (THF), Cemal Kütahya, who plays in Hatay Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club, is home to his four-month pregnant wife Pelin Kütahya, 5-year-old son Çınar Kütahya and mother-in-law Nurten Mutlu, in Antakya İnönü Boulevard Ekinci District. Rönesans Work still continues on the wreckage at the Residence.

President of the Turkish Handball Federation Uğur Kılıç, who went to the earthquake area and met with the authorities in the wreckage in Antakya, said, “Since the first hours of the earthquake, we have been meeting with the authorities to reach our A National Team Captain Cemal Kütahya and his family. Conditions here in earthquake debris are very difficult. We are still waiting to receive hopeful news from the family,” he said.
