State of Emergency Declared in 10 Provinces Affected by the Earthquake, in the Official Gazette

The Presidential Decision on declaring a state of emergency (OHAL) for 10 months starting from 01.00 in 3 provinces affected by the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes was published in the Official Gazette.

According to the decision published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, within the scope of Article 119 of the Constitution and subparagraph (a) of the first paragraph of Article 2935 of the Emergency Law No. 3, Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis A state of emergency has been declared in Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa for 1 months as of 01.00:3 today.
