REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXAM

2.1. Having special application conditions,

2.2. To have the conditions specified in the sub-clauses (657), (48), (1), (4) and (5) of the first paragraph of Article 6 of the Law No. 7.

2.3. To have completed the age of 18.

2.4. Being positive as a result of security investigation and archive research.

2.5. Not being entitled to a pension, old-age or invalidity pension from any social security institution.

2.6. Not being dismissed or dismissed while working in any public institution.

2.7. In terms of military status; not to be in military service, not to be of military age, or to have done or postponed active military service if he has reached the age of military service.

2.8. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 53, not to have a mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.

2.9. In case the contract is terminated by the institutions or unilaterally terminates the contract within the contract period, while he is working in the position of contracted personnel within the scope of Article 657/B of the Law No. 4, with the exception of the exceptions specified in Annex 1 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, due to the breach of the service contract principles. 3.3. Candidates will only be able to apply for one of the contracted personnel positions announced by the Presidency.

3.5. Candidates who have graduated from education institutions in the country or abroad and have an equivalence regarding the education level sought in this announcement should upload their equivalence documents to the system in pdf or jpeg format instead of diploma or graduation certificate.

3.6. Military service information of male candidates comes automatically from the Ministry of National Defense on e-Government. In cases where there is an error or deficiency in the incoming information, a discharge or military service status certificate must be obtained from the military service branch and uploaded to the relevant field through the Career Gate during the application. Otherwise, the applications of the candidates who cannot document that they are not related to military service within the exam application dates will not be accepted.

3.7. Candidates are required to upload the barcoded SSI Registration and Service Statement in pdf format, obtained from the social security center or e-government, to the relevant field.
