WE CONTINUE TO GROW THE TARGET…

Noting that they have taken some steps to cope with rising inflation and increasing competition conditions in the world and in our country, Aylin Gözay: “It is important that we create value in order to maintain our competitiveness with increasing costs as a country. We aim to move to the position of playmaker as a producer by focusing on more value-added products, analyzing customer expectations. At the strategy meeting, we discussed the necessity of establishing sustainable businesses for a sustainable economy, hardening labor costs and overhead conditions for production, and what needs to be done in 2023 in order to become a know-how center and playmaker position for customers.

Pointing out that as SF Trade, they put their signature to exemplary practices in order to bring the competencies of the employees to higher levels in this growth, Gözay continued as follows: “As SF Trade, we want our employees to be able to reach higher levels. First of all, all employee competencies, from blue-collar to white-collar, required to use existing resources more efficiently, are reviewed, and all training plans, competency and career maps are reconstructed in line with growth plans. In addition to being a good and preferred company; We will continue our efforts to be better in the sector, in the region, in our country and in the world, and for a sustainable growth.”
