With the project, the energy costs of the producers will decrease

The project aims to store the rainwater falling on the plain with rainwater harvesting without evaporation, and to refill the groundwater. With the project, significant increases in groundwater levels will be achieved. Thus, the energy costs of farmers and producers will decrease and millions of liras will be saved.
