“The Existence of Real Estate Committees Is Very Valuable”

Ali Güvenç Kiraz, Founding President of the Real Estate Law Association, said that Bursa is one of the most important provinces of Turkey in terms of industry and trade. Saying that there has been a serious acceleration in the real estate sector in Bursa recently, Kiraz said, “Bursa needs these trainings, and this is the main reason for this crowd today. We carried out an efficient program with the participation of over 400 industry representatives. I would like to thank all the stakeholders, especially İbrahim Burkay, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BTSO, who organized this training for us. Today, we found it important to emphasize two main issues. Real estate consultancy was one of them. Real estate consultancy has become a serious profession with the initiatives of the real estate committees of the chambers of commerce and industry. Today, we informed our friends about our rights and responsibilities. The most important issue we focused on was the decision of the last General Assembly of the Supreme Court. With this decision, real estate consultants will start to charge you not only the service fee but also the penal clause. We gave information about this arrangement to our real estate consultant friends. With this decision, it was understood how valuable the existence of real estate committees in chambers of commerce and industry is.” used the phrases.

“Turkish Rental Law Is Different From Many Countries”

Ali Güvenç Kiraz, who also gave information to the participants about rental contracts and rental law, said that Turkish law is different from many countries in the world. Expressing that the Turkish rental law is a system based on justified eviction, Kiraz said, “It is necessary to pay attention to the extension periods in the contracts. When the necessary conditions are met, it is important to open an eviction lawsuit, provided that a warning is sent 3 months in advance. When such issues are mastered, conflicts will be reduced to a minimum.” said.
