Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) organized 'Real Estate Law' training within the scope of BTSO Academy project, which is the training and development platform for the business world. Ali Güvenç Kiraz, who also gave information to the participants about rental contracts and rental law, said that Turkish law is different from many countries in the world. Expressing that the Turkish rental law is a system based on justified eviction, Kiraz said, “It is necessary to pay attention to the extension periods in the contracts. When the necessary conditions are met, it is important to open an eviction lawsuit, provided that a warning is sent 3 months in advance.
