GENERAL CONDITIONS

4) Not having received a retirement, old age or invalidity pension from any social security institution.
5) Not having any military service for male candidates.
6) Not being deprived of public rights.
7) To certify the status of the candidates who are successful in the examination with a medical report that there is no harm in working in the profession they will be employed and performing their duties continuously.
8) Candidates who make false declarations and those who do not fulfill one or more of the entrance exam requirements will not be appointed as invalid, even if they have passed the entrance exam, their appointments and contracts will be canceled. In addition, a criminal complaint will be made to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office about these candidates in order to apply the relevant provisions of the Turkish Penal Code No.5237.

10) To take the KPSS P2022 exam conducted by ÖSYM in 93 and to get at least 60 points.
11) Candidates who are entitled to be appointed to the announced positions as a result of their applications will be employed as permanent workers within the framework of the provisions of the Labor Law No. 4857 and a trial period of 2 months will be applied.
