The work, in which those who had to settle in Turkey without knowing Turkish or in Greece without knowing Greek were heroes, met with the readers. In the work called White Eagle Polonezköy, it begins with the establishment of the village and the story of the Polish Prince who is in exile. Istanbul in Street Arts examines Istanbul with a focus on sound, color and movement. It offers a visual feast to the reader. In his work, Istanbul Passing Through It, he conveys the progress Istanbul has experienced in transportation with stories that have been in movies and songs until now.
İBB continues to prepare academic works about Istanbul with its strong staff and experts in their fields. On the 100th anniversary of the population exchange between Turkey and Greece, as it is known, a valuable work was brought together with the readers. Written with a poetic expression, the book White Eagle Polonezköy in Istanbul also presents the readers with surprising information about whom it hosted in history. The book Istanbul in the Street Arts, which examines the street arts of Istanbul with a focus on sound, color and movement, and the works of Istanbul with a Passionate Fill, took their places on the shelves.
EXCHANGE IN 100TH ANNIVERSARY
The book Exchange in its 100th Anniversary, which deals with the exchange in both its scientific and human dimensions, describes the displacement of nearly one and a half million people with the "Exchange Agreement" signed by the two countries on January 30, 1923, just before the Treaty of Lausanne. The concept that tells the most different migration process in Anatolia, which has witnessed hundreds of migration stories, is called the Turks Exchange. On the Greek side, the Turkish-Greek Population Exchange, known as "Antalagi", was written in all aspects. The work, where you will encounter the memories of the exchanged people who had to come to their new homeland in unhealthy conditions, mostly by ships and trains, and the stories of their relatives they lost on the road, was written by the strong staff of IMM Publishing.
WHITE EAGLE POLONEZKOY
Polonezköy, one of the neighborhoods of Beykoz district, located on the Anatolian side of the north of Istanbul, is one of the places that does not lose its natural beauty. Founded in 1842 by the order of the exiled Polish prince Adam Czartoryski and with the permission of the Ottoman Empire, the village has been known as the symbol of friendship between Poland and Turkey ever since. The traditions continue with the Polonezköy Cherry Festival, held in the summer and attended by folk dance ensembles from Poland. The White Eagle Polonezköy book in Istanbul, which overlooks the neighborhood where there are accommodation facilities and walking areas, from past to present, took its place on the shelves with Akgün Akova's poetic expression.

The story of the minibuses, the first examples of which were seen towards the end of the 1920s, and their golden age between the 1950s and 1980s, was written. While conveying Istanbul's progress in transportation from different perspectives from time to time, the work also presents the nostalgic narrative of how taxis and minibuses are the subject of movies and songs. From the song "Come on Nebahat Abla" to the stuffed stories in the movies, the work, which is viewed from many angles, took its place on the shelves.
