The Ministry of National Education (MEB) broke new ground this year and moved the exams of support training courses (DYK) to digital media.

For the first time, the joint exam of support and training courses, which are organized to help students reinforce the gains they have gained in the lessons, is held online for the first time.

The first term DYK joint exam started at 09.00:15.30 over the Student Teacher Support System (ÖDS), which was established to provide students with individualized education and teachers the opportunity to monitor their students. The exam, which students take in their own schools, will end at XNUMX.

The exam, attended by 81th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 10th and 11th grade students attending courses from 12 provinces, is held in 1.605 schools.

Pointing out that the Ministry is increasing its experience in digitalization in education day by day, Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer stated that DYK exams will now be held online as well. Minister Özer said, “Thanks to the many projects we have implemented, we aim to increase the ability of all stakeholders in education to use digital technologies and their academic success. We are carrying out a large-scale digitalization work in the field of education. In this context, we opened a module in ÖDS for support and training courses. Now we have developed this further and we have started to conduct the DYK assessment exams through this module. Today, we are holding the first semester DYK joint exam in digital environment for the first time. Feedback in exams is an important element in learning. At the end of the exam, our students will have the opportunity to evaluate themselves by getting their results instantly.” he said.

Minister Özer also announced that the Student Achievement Monitoring Survey, which was held in May, will be conducted through ÖDS this year.
