Field installation of the 1st steel deck beam in the Sakarya direction of the overpass that will provide pedestrian access to Ormanya, the natural life park located in Kartepe by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, was carried out late at night. In order not to hinder the traffic, the flow of vehicles was not prevented by lane transfer. Welding of the remaining 2nd steel deck continues in the workshop. It is planned to be ready for field assembly as soon as possible.
VISUAL Wealth
The 45-meter-long and 4-meter-wide pedestrian overpass, built by the Department of Science Affairs, will provide pedestrian access to Ormanya over the D-100. The columns of the overpass will be concrete, and the main beam will be steel construction and a reinforced concrete slab. In terms of visual richness, flowers will be planted in the pots to be placed on the bridge, and the overpass columns will be made in the form of tree trunk cladding.
WOOD COVERING
Park side, stair granite coating works and stair pots mold manufacturing has been completed. Concrete production of stair treads and stair-pot parapets was made and the outside was covered with wood. The installation of one of the 3 steel deck beams resting on 2 reinforced concrete columns has been completed. Workshop welding productions and assembly works continue. It is planned to be ready for field assembly as soon as possible.
